We went all the way from the neighborhood to the nearest Starbucks branch to have a little cafe scene, on a Saturday morning. I wish we had our coffees in the actual Starbucks coffee mugs, but the Batista there told us they don't have enough mugs which was a little disappointing. Apart from it the pumpkin spice latte rocks as always.
We came here as it is one of the decent coffee shops in Welyn. Extremely poor.
Rude server, got the order wrong, didn't seem to listen to what we ordered. Tried to change drink but none of them seemed bothered.
Not sure how this branch always finds it hard to find someone to press the correct buttons on the machine. My chai latte yday tasted of water! Had to take one sip and throw it.

Train delayed so handy local coffee house in Howard Centre. Good strong hot coffee. Nice way to kick off the day.
In order #6698 the 2 pumpkin spiced lattes were not lattes, they were just filter coffee with syrup. Really not like what it is being advertised and what you expect from a latte for £5.60. The grande Cappuccino was only halfway full. Not even the foam reached the top of the cup. I would not recommend. I don't even think I can get a refund for these but I know i will not order again.
Absolutely shocking service from one member of your staff in particular called Eva! As a long-time customer who makes multiple Starbucks trips to various branches per week, this was the WORST customer service I have EVER received.
Firstly, Eva under-filled my drink by over an inch and walked off. I politely asked: “Could you fill my drink to the top please?” No apology - just appeared irritated that I’d asked for what i had paid for. She proceeded to add water to my drink in front of me - no apology whatsoever - and slammed it on the counter. My drink was to be made with lemonade, so I was confused why she’d added water. I took a sip of that drink and realised there was no lemonade in it, so I mentioned this to another member of staff who DID apologise and began remaking it correctly. Eva sent this member of staff back to the till, asking what she needed. When told by her she had made a mistake to my order, she slammed my drink down and continued making the new one (still no apology from her).
The second drink was under-filled by the same amount AGAIN! Considering it was regular sized, it was obvious. I asked the same question in the same tone as previous for her to please fill the cup, she rolled her eyes, snatched up the cup and topped it up - zero apology. My mum and I were stunned at the level of rudeness and poor manners. Shameful!
The other staff members working that day were lovely.
Great terrace, too bad the tables don't get cleaned (none did in the time I spent there, people just push stuff onto other empty tables when they arrive), and the coffee is not great. I wish they switched the location with Nero that only has 3 always occupied outdoor tables.
Very rude staff , I ordered iced coffee , hot chocolate, some cookies, I asked them I'll dine in , but they gave me take out, table was unclean, as you can see on the pictures.
