I have met here on 3 occasions with my new partner, thinking is was somewhere easy for us to meet and get a catch up!!! how wrong was I.
Atmosphere was terrible, it is meant to be the time for good cheer well a kin assure you there was no cheer in here maybe more like chairs getting shuffled about with cleaning. There were flies like tiny fruit flies and lots of them over by the toilet area, festive latte was cold there was no cream :O, the mop came out about an hour before closing time then we got the "right its time to go am trying to get finished up look", so this is why I decided to leave a review. Not the cleanest either seats all badly marked, toilets were rotten hence the fly saga. Think after giving it 3 goes it's obvious it's not going to change so I won't be back again!!
Busy but nice small Starbucks. Plenty of staff to keep the line moving and I got all my items quickly. There is a drive thru and also inside seating with customer toilets. Most of the coffee is the more bitter arabica type but if you like that type it's great. They do breakfast stuff and loads of cakes.
Two days in a row my order was wrong! Yesterday my friend was given semi skimmed milk instead of an allergen Oat milk we asked for!! Today I got a small Mocha when I order a large! One job guys!
Used this Starbucks previously but our last visit may well be our last.
We entered for coffee and food. Firstly we were selecting food from a fridge but a member of staff came out a side door and stood in front of us doing what looked like a stock take. It was very rude but we waited.
After they finished we selected our items then waited for a number of minutes at the counter while two members of staffed moved around, making drinks for drive thru customers but not acknowledging us. No attempt to serve or at least say "with you in a minute"
It felt like we were invisible! We got fed up and left and went somewhere else.
It's a Starbucks. The staff are a bit down and always look sad or bored to be there. My chai tea is always on the cool side even if I ask for extra hot. The cheese and tomato croissant is lovely .
Awful chai latte today, it takes alot for me to leave something but was not for human consumption. Servers also really need to engage with customers better, not overly welcoming and felt like you were an inconvenience.
Drive thru service was quicker than in house and there was only three of us!!
Needs more staff , only 3 working and 5hey where very busy , which ment it took a time to be served, not the staffs fault but down to who is the manager
Lovely inside. Haven't used the drive-thru. The food was great, and the Hot Chocolate was tasty. The staff dealt with our order quickly.
