Our third visit different times over a period of a year. No fruit bread or toast on any occasion. Resusable cups filled to just over half full. We will not be calling at this Starbucks again
I have been in a few times and stated that the toilets are absolutely disgusting to staff members, I put this down to the fact there is barely enough staff or continuously working one in particular too much.
The fact you advertise alot for jobs is probably because staff are not selected correctly, paid enough or worked to hard and don't have enough time to run the shop and clean the place, it's truly diabolical. You need more staff, some that look happy to be there and serve with a smile.
The worst Starbucks I've been to. So inconsistent and just poorly made drinks. Had a frappé earlier today and I don't even know how the guy made it so badly.
Great spot to break a journey. Use it each time I take a trip up to the Midlands. Easy parking. Safe for dogs.
Absolutely shocking place. Everything was filthy, from the tables and doors to the loos. The staff were incompetent and took nearly 15 minutes to get two drinks done. No atmosphere and freezing cold. I expect a hell of a lot more from Starbucks. We won't be stopping there again.

Every table dirty, lots of dirty crockery.
We called in here last week for filter coffees and something for breakfast. There were just 2 people behind the counter, who were helpful and our drinks and croissant were fine.
Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for the ladies toilets. Dark, dirty, smelly and scruffy, with no evidence of a cleaning rota. Judging by the numerous cobwebs, paper-strewn floor and a window shelf that was covered in dust - I can't imagine when they were last cleaned; certainly not for weeks. Altogether disgusting. I couldn't bear to take photos. I just wanted to get out asap.
I cannot understand how the manager? / staff can ignore basic levels of hygiene and assume this is an acceptable standard for visiting customers. We won't be going again.
We stopped here for a quick break on our way to North Wales and I have to say I wish we hadn't. The staff were just about ok, no welcoming smile or pleasantries, just took our order and produced the drinks, which weren't particularly hot or tasty. Sadly, the whole place has a tired and depressing air about it, not what one expects from a Starbucks.
