Stopped here for breakfast and used the drive through. Considering it was before 9 we got through really quickly. This is easily accessible with good food, nice staff and easy parking.
I use this Starbucks regularly so today was a bit of a shock. We ordered a cappuccino and a mug of hot water and a tea bag as I like to new my own black tea plus some well done fruit toast.
The wait was nearly 20 minutes with people behind me receiving their orders before mine. The fruit toast came last so the tea was like warm and the toast was barely toasted .. on questioning the staff I was made to feel like it was my fault for the delay as I asked for the toast to be well done… yet it certainly was not that- very poor for a Starbucks
I usually go most days on my way to pick my husband up from work. On my last visit it was a totally different staff on duty. Johnny who was making the drinks was very concerned about perfecting a work colleagues drink and eventually another barrista came and got my cup to make my order looking obviously irritated. The coffee was the worst one I have had there so I opted to get an iced drink instead to take out for my husband. Again Johnny was more interested in his colleagues than serving and eventually another young girl came to the till and apologised for the wait. I asked to speak to a manager to be told only a supervisor was on site so I asked for head office address to be told it wasn't possible to give it to me. Its a shame that a relatively new unit is alienating customers already
My wife and I popped in to Starbucks today after shopping close by - first time, not sure what to expect behind the glass store front - and, very pleasantly surprised! Large, pleasant, airy space, with a proper bustling coffee shop atmosphere. After getting our drinks (which were great) we asked about the "Chai Latte" and a member of staff, Amii, gave us a sample to try. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and came over to talk with us more after ending her shift. Turned out she is the store manager. 10/10 experience, and we'll be back soon for sure.
went here with my best friend as you can see in the photo! the muffin was really good but i found a fly in the muffin, it was like already rotting but its okay i love exotic food so i dont mind ????. the service was nice, when I was ordering the lady accidentally breathed out a tonsil stone on my phone, but then she started crying and cleaned it up ????. overall the experience wasn't that bad 8.9/10, i recommend.
Kristy was an absolute gem, she gave great recommendations about different drinks and even let me have a little taster because I was trying something really out of my comfort zone! Thank you Kristy, you made my day xx
Pretty mediocre coffee served so hot that it destroys any flavour it might have. But, it'll do if you absolutely, positively have to have caffeine right this moment and don't care much about the taste.
I tend to visit once in a blue moon the parking limit puts me off. Although I appreciate this Starbucks team, they are always friendly and helpful and guess what.... They sorted the parking...
I just noticed this as I was about to leave after my 2 hours were up. If you let them know they will ensure you don't get a ticket, so you can stay that extra hour to finish off your work and get some me time before you go home.
I definitely feel at home ???? thanks Starbucks I ended up giving my reg and getting another drink as I appreciated this! I'm more lucky to spend when places look after their customers.
