Paula was her normal warm and welcoming self. Always greets her guests with genuine feeling and hospitality, as do the rest of the team. Sorry to confuse with a change to my normal drink! Switching to decaf for now!!!

Very friendly experience from Luke and Owen when I visited the Starbucks at Canterbury West Station. Definitely visiting again. Full Golden stars for both. Great work
Great service when not even expected. Luke (hope got the name correct) came to the waiting area to ask if we would like some water for our dog Nugget, also I went to get a pup cup and he didn't want to charge me for it. Nugget was a very happy puppy after the pup cup. Thank you for the service that has not been asked for and considering that doggy might need hydration

food is very expensive, so to be expected

I love coming here for my morning coffee. The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. It's a lovely touch that they always remember your usual order and get it ready as you step through the door! :-)

I get my morning coffee most days here + my only complaint is they didn’t set up shop in Canterbury West earlier!
