I went to this Starbucks this very morning for a cappuccino ,but I didn’t expect a dog to be licking the counter where I would be getting my order.I am a regular customer and I always see many dogs(almost all of them are not guide dogs or dogs for helping disabled people). The staff was lazy and didn’t even bother to clean the counter when the dog left.
I had to put it in the bin!
lovely coffee and even better staff, from the service when we were there to their help finding my lost earphone! thanks guys xxxx
I love Starbucks but recently it’s gone downhill with hygiene. It just feels like it needs a really good clean when you go in there. The staff are turned around so often that you can’t get used to anybody. It’s a shame because it’s a prime location. we still go in there for coffee because I love Starbucks but it really could do with a good hygiene clean.
This is an outlet I would not return to as the service lacked any value or interest. Also there was a staff member with his hand bandaged behind the counter with part of the bandage hanging off serving customers dressed as if he was about to go out with his coat on.
Seating and tables were not clean or cleared.
After ordering coffee staff chatted rather than serving food quickly. Total bill £10 plus shame on Starbucks. Next time I will visit the coffee shop 3 doors down.
Nice place but the sofa chairs look like something pick up from Leeds refuge collection centre.. Please get some new or clean the sofa's
Wanted to try the pumpkin spice range for the first time. Asked if the pumpkin spice Frappuccino could be done with oat milk. Was told yes. When I got it it was an iced latte, not a frappucino so either there was a mistake or I misunderstood something. Nice flavour but all the syrup was at the bottom not mixed and I didn’t realise. Got a massive sugar hit at the beginning but then none at the end. Was still tasty though, not cheap. Almost empty in there, strange because everywhere else in chapel A is heaving on a Saturday midday. Don’t think Starbucks is a great fit for the area.
This cafe is great but there is a creepy middle aged man with a who always sits there with a laptop on weekend afternoons next to the toilets. He seems like some kind of weirdo waiting to take pictures of other customers
Amazing drinks. Very kind staff. Made to feel so welcome. Overall 11/10 experience.
