I come here once a week for a chai tea latte (which is yummy) to wind down after a therapy session (primarily as it's the only coffee shop open nearby at 7pm). Each time I am disappointed by the mess of the place (agree with previous reviews of tables not being cleared, toilets not clean or working fully, mud on the chairs from feet or paes, litter on the floor). The individual staff I encounter are helpful, but I am often left waiting to be served (it feels sometimes the drive through clients take precedence). Several times the food for sale has been removed more than an hour before the stated closing time. The place feels under-staffed and uncared for.
Called in today and the place was absolutely filthy.
Food on the tables, food on the floor and food on the seats. Does this establishment never get cleaned.
To make matters worse one person had their dog sitting on a seat.
The place needs to be shut down and given a deep clean.
So, I recently have become a huge fan of starbuck, especially my local one. I love the convenience of using their app and picking it up.
However over the last few days I've experienced a few issues.
1) The app ordering 2 orders, and no-one being to help at the branch, "you'll need to contact them through the app", which I have and not received any help yet, but that's not this branches issue.
2) Placed and order today and the branch was very busy, took well over 15 mins to get to collect the order, buy again that's nothing wrong with that and not the branches fault. But collected the order and to say luke warm is a generous way to describe the temp of the order.
It's a simply great place to go for your 'that special cuppa' superb service, great ambience & that right cup of coffee just the way you want it.
Be careful they fleece you with parking charges if you don’t add your registration number.
Food was excellent, however had no pumpkin spice for my latte. On Halloween as well!! Otherwise would have been 5 star.
Nice cozy little Starbucks in a convenient spot.
Me and 2 friends stopped here after climbing some mountains at the lake district and needed a quick coffee stop before driving home.
Staff were quick and prompt and the interior is big and cozy with plenty of seating for groups large or small.
Drive through is easy to get to but we chose to go inside.
Great coffee as always from Starbucks
No toilet roll in the gents toilets. 11am in the morning, clearly not been checked prior to days opening. Not good. Lots stars on service, just hand a coffee, no food. Atmosphere; not quit singing and dancing, 3 customers sat down chatting.
