The girls this afternoon (6 april) were on form -- drinks done thoughtfully and service with a smile. Haven't had the Strawberry Frapp for years so this was a nice surprise.
Amazing coffee! Had to drink before taking a picture! Staff are always very friendly and coffee is always hot! They always get the orders right! There's plenty of seating so if you want to sit and work or just need some piece with a nice coffee then thus is the perfect place for you!
The coffee design was great, and quick, friendly service. There was a mixup in the order, but it was soon fixed. Would recommend!
Came on Boxing Day at 18:00 and they were locking the door. Supposedly closing at 19:00. Way to go guys
I wanted to have a sandwich and coffee and relax out of the heat. Not a chance! I walked over the road to Costa instead.
There were four staff behind the counter in Starbucks and only 4 people seated with their coffee. I suppose that’s because EVERY table had not been cleared of previous customers mess. It was nothing short of disgusting, even the chairs were covered in food and the floor was such a mess. I even heard a customer ask a member of staff for a cloth to clean a table. Starbucks you need to get your act together!
I always look forward to coming here! Starbucks are my fav when it comes to coffee???? The baristas here are always friendly and they always make a great soya latte for me!!

Lovely staff, but a bit slow. Definitely cleaner than it used to be but always cups, plates and wrappers left on the tables and never see them being wiped even when they do get around to collecting all the crockery/rubbish.
Unfortunately the only Starbucks in Newbury so not really any other choice. The only reason we go is because it's open later than most others and Costa coffee is nasty.
Had a caramel latte, they put so much syrup in it was awful, couldn’t taste coffee, so sickly. Undrinkable, won’t go back.
