I'm a frequent visitor to this particular Starbucks, and it stands out among other options in the area for one primary reason: the exceptional staff. Their warmth and hospitality are great and so warming! In an age where genuine connections in day to day life can feel rare, especially in a chain establishment like Starbucks, the team here consistently goes above and beyond. They not only greet you warmly but also take a sincere interest in how you're doing. It's an experience comparable to that of an independent café, rather than just another shop in a corporate chain. - I almost didn't mention the coffee as that, for me, isn't number 1 priority! Its great though - 5*
Love this place. The staff are always smiley, lovely and friendly. Today even more so. I was served by Oscar, who was just a delight and brought a smile to my face as he was so happy. He treated me like I was the only one in the store, he couldn’t do more for me, even offering me some water to go with my drink and croissant.

Dark and dingy. Filthy seats and dirty cups and trays everywhere. Slow service. Feels like you’re in a cafeteria. Clean the place up and stop serving so slowly. Waited in the line for over 15 minutes about 4 people in front us and still didn’t get served. Walked out.
The coffee is worth the price as it is lively
And very good. The staff are nice and the atmosphere is warm. Not an every day thing but a nice treat.
I came in a week ago before starting work I was served by Oscar what a friendly young man it’s not my fave place for coffee but Oscar made my experience a 5 star one with his customer service!
Jake was lovely, great server and was very helpful. Never been to a Starbucks that serves at the table. Very quick and easy ????
We popped in today on the way home. I encourage my daughter to order things herself but she is a little shy. Zoe served us and she introduced herself to my daughter and was fabulous dealing with her, which helped her confidence no end. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the man on shift (possibly Jake)but he was also so friendly when he brought the drinks over and put my daughter at ease. Both staff made it a great experience.
Fabulous table service on Saturday from Eliza. Understanding that having a very young family is a challenge she went above and beyond to help.
