I've been a starbucks customer since they came to the UK, and I have been to numerous locations around the country, and to be honest, the 3 stars are generous. The place always looks untidy. The food is never fresh, and today, I ordered a venti caramel mac to take away. Even when I picked it up, I thought latte or cappuccino. I'm glad I held on to it with 2 hands it was that light it could flown away. Now, if this was a non global coffee house, it probably wouldn't have cost me an arm or a leg. This was before I started drinking it, and the foam had collapsed to create half measures.
Woefully understaffed, although the few staff available tried their best to match the flow of customers ordering beverages & food;- consequently tables remained uncleaned. Coffee I had was the usual standard for a Starbucks. Dog friendly.
We always tend to visit a Starbucks on our shopping trips and have been to this one a few times. Drinks and food as expected which doesn't seem to always be the case at Starbucks (especially the motorway service ones!) fast and friendly service. Would use again.
One of the staff decided that the spider cobs needed to disappear on top of our coffee, so she got a brum and wiped them exactly in our coffee, excellent ???? ????
Before we ordered our coffee and cake we all went to the toilet to wash our hands... What a filthy and disgusting state these were left in!
In the ladies toilet there were sanitary towels on the floor, the toilet roll was wet and the general state was horrendous. The men's loo's were not much better.
Really nice young lady handing out samples of dragon fruit lemonade, which was delicious. Thankyou
Staff were lovely very good customer service coffee was great all round good experience
Very good for a Starbucks, they are normally generic and bland, but this one the coffee was good, the food was better than usual and the staff very nice and curious even when it was busy.
