The coffee was great! However, the staff on duty when I was there at 2pm on Thursday, 1st February 2024. Where friendly enough, BUT they were far too busy chatting amongst themselves behind the counter and NOT clearing or cleaning tables! The customers were having to do this themselves! This is EXTREMELYPOOR!! And I won't be rushing back as a result!
Yesterday I was extremely unwell after consuming a chia cream Frappuccino from here. It started with horrific stomach pain and a chemical taste in my mouth. I’m better today, but wish I’d have gone to hospital.
I’m sure that there was some kind of cleaning product or cleaning tablet in my drink. I’ve had this exact same drink from other places several times, and there’s never been a problem. Absolutely disgusting! I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.
First time in this Starbucks. Staff were friendly and polite. The 2 cheese and ham toasties we had were nice with lots of filling. The coffees were goods and the service was very prompt.
Would go again.

I have asked for a chocolate waffle cone frappuccino and asked for caramel to be mixed in as well but instead I was served a poor drink which tasted like cocoa, sugar anf ice.Very disapointed.
