We visit this Starbucks almost every single day, so much that most of the lovely workers know our order! We had a horrendous experience today all thanks to ‘Riley.’ Presented the app as we always do, which would have been a free drink for us, however Riley made no attempt to help scan the app to add on our stars, gave us the most vile looks, and spoke to us like trash. Riley, you need to get out of the customer service sector because the ‘service’ you gave was absolutely appalling.
Side note to add that Lisa and the rest of the team here are incredible. Sincerely from your daily visit of the white Mercedes :)
Enjoyed coffee and fruit toast in here today, not too busy, nice and clean with subdued music which is nice. Served by a lovely young lady called Isabel, who was very polite and friendly.
Popped in to use the toilet and bought a bottle of water which was £1.95, the drive-through was busy but not so many people dining in but that should mean that the tables were being cleared away which they were not as empty cups and wrappers were on several tables. The toilet was clean and a unisex one with a disabled one also available.
I stopped here not knowing it was now a Starbucks. I ordered an Americano and a cheese and tomato croissant. The americano was in an extremely large cup, about 500ml I guess. Far too big and I had not been asked what size I wanted. I queried this and asked for it it to be poured into a much smaller mug and tip the rest away. The staff were happy to do this and processed a 65p refund (which hasn’t reached my account). The croissant was over microwaved and most of it was inedible and tasteless. This is all so typical of Starbucks which is why I never use the chain. This location used to be an independent trader which is why I turned off. Shame it’s gone. Starbucks staff should always ask what size drink you want and ensure food is fresh and not dried out cardboard. All very disappointing but this was a quick pit stop, so I just left after I drank the very average coffee. Update. I am still waiting for the refund they said they processed.
Stopped here whilst driving back home from Great Yarmouth.
I tried to check my car in on an ipad whilst in the cafe & it was the slowest computer known to man - got there in the end though.
I tried to pay with good old cash, but they are cashless - not a problem, but make sure you take a card if going.

Quick and friendly service. It was very busy when we visited but the staff managed the pressure well
What can I say the toilets are like the one on Trainspotting absolutely disgusting and no loo roll.
A rip off too for the tiniest bit of chocolate brownie at £1.20
Nice lady behind the counter suggested she warm the piece of banana loaf I selected and eat it warm with butter. Not something I would have thought of and it was delicious.
