Staff working very hard and pleasant. They need help to keep the food and tables clean, I had to clear a table as they weren't any clear. Feel sorry that people do not clear their own cups and plates when they have finished, though.
Came here earlier today and ordered a spinach and pea falafel wrap and a hot chocolate with cream. They had no spinach and falafel wraps, and they could only offer me alternatives that were not vegetarian. And then got my hot chocolate and it had no cream on it. I would have ordinarily just drove back round, but we were in a rush, so I couldn’t. We’d only been in the car with the food and drinks for a few minutes… I went to take the first sip of my hot chocolate and it was Luke warm at best. I use this Starbucks pretty much every time I come to Canvey and I’ve never had any issues but best believe I will not be going here again.
Excellent parking availability. Very clean and modern.
Tea was too watery which was the down side.
Only take card payment which is a major downside, not everyone uses card as payment.
This is one of the nicest Starbucks that I've been to. The staff are great and so is the coffee!
Popped by for a late night hot choc, biscotti latte and cake and received the most wonderful service on the drive through from your employee Ash. They went absolutely above and beyond preparing our order and deserves to be recognised for their wonderful customer service. What a credit to your establishment, thank you for making our late night drink and snack a lovely experience. Great customer service is 1 in a million these days!
Be careful when you order. They have always fluffed up my coffee order in the drive through and have to keep going back (third time now) to get the syrup in. I don’t get how hard it it to read a label and pop the right syrup in a cup!
great service. Ask to modify my drink as not a big coffee fan, but I wanted to try their new featured drinks to ask if I could get a chai with the new syrup. And the lady was so nice
Great customer service from Imogen, she was friendly and kind and is always smiling. Always makes my drinks to perfection!
Lots of parking and always clean and tidy here! Highly recommended to everyone!
