Always super friendly whenever we're there from 6am, also very happy to let us bring our little pup in with us.
I used to come here regularly a few years back to work some mornings, however, it's gone downhill. The place is filthy, every time I come now the floors are dirty, every table is covered in crumbs, it's gotten so bad there are now little flies all over the place. I don't know what the cleaning regime is but it is obviously insufficient if not nonexistent
Been here a few times and it is always the same for drive thru and walk in. Drive thru is fine. Normally friendly staff. However, walk ins are normally "greeted" by disinterested staff. The service is generally slow and the place is normally filthy with plates everywhere.
I visit here every day, and the staff recognises me by name, always remembering my order. The staff is very friendly, consistently happy, and cheerful.
Pricey but enjoyable. I'm really getting fed up with getting sugar alternatives though. They are putting sugar alternatives in everything and I stay well away from those things. Far worse then the real thing. Trying to save people by killing more people. Just illogical. But i like the ambience so sometimes I just pretend which makes it a regretful experience.
Friendly staff, clean, great coffee… just a bit slow and there was hardly anyone in there. I suspect they were prioritising the drive through customers. Clean toilets.
All good apart from the thieving company they use to manage the parking. Make sure you don’t stay more than 90 mins or you’ll find yourself £100 lighter.
Met a friend for coffee and food at Starbucks in Andover, then received a £100 parking ticket for staying 1.57 minutes, I will never use Starbucks ever again. This is disgusting, the coffee and food is average and overpriced.
