Not great service. Waited over 6 minutes for any member of staff to appear to serve me. Then 3 arrived at once from back area, all clearly finishing eating.
Was there 3/4 of an hour. Only 3 customers entered in that time. 3 members of staff stood behind till area with their arms folded chatting. However I could see 5 tables that needed clearing. Places looked untidy & grubby, food on floor under tables etc.
The place is not very clean.
The Staff are friendly and helpful and need more staff in the day Starbucks could improve the atmosphere by giving the place a good make over.

Gotta be honest, popped in for a toilet break and a quick coffee to go, to then continue on my journey.

8n the toilet was a male member of staff scrubbing away at something on the floor with paper towel. Very studiously and hard working.
When I exited the toilet, the same chap was now cleaning tables and floors.
Had he washed his hands after the toilet floor job?
I presumed he must have, give him the benefit of the do7bt and all that.
But then he left the cleaning of floors and tables and went straight to helping serve coffee.
I watched his fingers press the take away lid down on the cup of the customer before me ...
...and I was "NOPE" and immediately just left.
Not today
I'm not really a fan of Starbucks or their competitors. I prefer smaller independent cafés.
This branch was convenient at the time. I have been here a few times with my wife, though, because she likes Starbucks.
This branch is always clean. The staff are always friendly. The baby changing facilities are very good. It's not usually too busy. We have always been able to sit.
I dont like the coffee, but Starbucks' tea is actually really nice.
This branch is actually a fine place to stop if you're passing and just need to rest for a bit.
I wish the UK didn't have Starbucks since nowhere you go here does the brand any service. Customer service doesn't exist. I've been here numerous times to work and can't remember a friendly greeting. Tables and restrooms are not regularly cleaned. Basic questions aren't asked like would you like to dine in or take away. I know the UK is not the right place to demonstrate customer service but it should be different with certain brands, like Starbucks.
2 young men who were brilliant, worked with efficiency,, knew exactly what they were
doing which makes a change for that place. Very polite too.
The team are quite simply fab. As we frequently pick up a morning coffee/ occasional breakfast roll we are welcomed with a smile and great service.
Nice coffee, nice radiated sandwich's and the Frappicino was amazing.
As for the place itself - fast service, polite staff. Body but not many people sitting inside.
Yankee could have been cleared a bit faster but overall it's good... But the prices!!! Could have gone to a restaurant for what it cost.
