Got 4 hot chocolates for the kids and OMG 2 were just look warm like they had been already made earlier, and they weren't filled to top of the cup. And the worst part was the cups were full of sum kind of oil. When I phoned we couldn't get a answer, so took them back in to told we have drank them& and they wouldn't have sent them out with that amount in the cups. also the oil like substance they said there nothing like that, and it must have been us, as the guy that served us had a good laugh. They were very understanding to start with till they poured them out. I dont know what they put in the drinks. Stay well clear
Stirling Starbucks was an experience. Drive through combined with a coffee shop can feel like a odd balance to hold, though walking in felt like walking into a Starbucks (and tasted like it as well.
Though the parking one and one way system was limited.
The staff though efficient were not strong at communication.
The flat white was pretty good though.
The use of mixed gendered signage on the toilet doors was a nice touch though
I came here the first day of March: coffee delicious as always, the staff very friendly but the cleanliness though …leaves a lot be desired. #mopthefloor
Love Starbucks but on this particular day it was my worst experience ever. 2 drinks ordered and both messed up. I with cream added and not asked for. Stopped out with a spoon instead of making a fresh drink and the other took forever to make. I could have taken a flight, picked the beans myself and still been quicker. Customer service non-existent.
I mean it's a Starbucks. The pricing is normal for that (which is not that cheap) but the service is really good and friendly and the drive through good as well. The location is quite practical if you drive on the nearby motorway and want to make a quick stop.
Not my first visit to this Starbucks which I would normally rate as a 4/5. This visit unfortunately disappointed. Mistakes were made with orders to the customers in front of me and it didn't get any better with my order. Probably the worst experience I've ever had with this particular beverage chain after my many visits all over the world. It will not put me off because I like the coffee but I do hope the service is so much better next time.
Consistency is key at Starbucks. To add to the range of rubbish coffee, we now bring you awful tea. For the bargain price of £3.20, we drizzle the tea bag with water that once was boiling, before we decide how much milk you need and place that in simultaneously, using our secret 'never brew' technique. Your tea, as we like it, pale, barely warm and uninteresting. Mm. Like mum used to make. When you were five.
Great coffee stop, lovely and clean and staff are really friendly.
