Came in for drinks before shopping. Queue is long and as for the people waiting for drinks they have already paid for well that’s even longer. One nice chap serving Scott I believe his name was and a young lady making the drinks. There are 2 other members of staff on but one older blonde lady disappeared out back and another younger chap stocking up and emptying bins rather than trying to get the queue of people waiting down
I use this Starbucks all the time. The last 3 times I have been it's been awful. You need more staff. I only gave 2 starts for the young man who served me other wise it would be none. He's always polite and friendly.
But the short dumpy women he works with is rude. A few weeks ago I came she forgot to add the caremel to my mates iced drink. We all make mistakes but when i asked for it..she took the cup off me and read thru the label. Like was lying about a bit of caramel sauce. Today, she didn't put any vanilla in my coffee. I only noticed when I got back to my car. I went back but the queue was so long I couldn't be bothered to wait.
Last week I came with friends also, we ordered on the app, and waited, waited and waited. After 20 minutes we asked where are our drinks to asked ' did you order on the app' then to be told they had turned off that service but forgot to check if there were any orders waiting. After half an hour we got our 3 drinks. There is no organisation or communication from anyone at this store and I won't be using in future which which a real shame. But ill be at costa from now on.
I am sorry to say but the service is atrocious. This is not the first time I have had to wait. Never enough staff on.
Today 2 staff on long queue, lovely gentleman serving and waiting on tables, the other member disappeared out the back never to be seen again.
The food is like any other Starbucks, with no notable distinctions. Service is decent but could be improved. The environment is messy and could benefit from tidying up. Overall, the atmosphere feels disorganized and unsatisfactory.
Came here on Sunday 13th November and order egg nog lattes and a pan au chocolate and fruit bread . Got the drinks after a long wait (due to staff talking too much to each other a customer known to them changing her mind on a iced drink then keeping original) and drinks just mildly warm but food didn't come . Came to counter and was asked was I waiting for drink ... told about food missing and looked at the deliveroo pile ....wasn't there ... then gave me food after another wait...they then forget that I had asked for jam and butter ...they went and got that and I was then asked did I want a knife .....no ill spread the butter and jam on my crossiant with my fingers .. just avoid this Starbucks as its not the expected quality and service I expect from Starbucks. Too many young staff that just want to talk and not do their job ...currently sat here finishing drinks and they are all chatting and laughing whilst 11 tables are dirty with no one sat at them...where is the management? Such an opportunity for improvement its a shame but for now go to totton much better!!

Scott is an absolute delight ! Great service ! I only every get take out but they are fast and the drinks are excellent
The coffee and service were fine. It was very quiet and cold. None of the tables were clean and most had not been cleared even though there were hardly any people there.
