For a quick stop, this place offers a good service. All the tables were very clean and staff were helpful although table service would be helpful when you have children with you.
We stopped here on our way home, the man that served us was very polite and chatty. Made our drink perfection ???? We had the chocolate milkshake with cream ????
The only downfall about this Starbucks is that both the male and female toilets absolutely stunk of wee and it really put of us coming back!

But.
Smelly seating area from toilets. Several tables has remnants of other people's visits. The franchisee did not support scan-only of rewards card (but there was a workaround using pay and scan that staff did).
Visit 2.30PM 18.02. Will actively seek to avoid this place. Totally agree with Matt's review of a few days ago. Staff struggling to maintain service, cleanliness and hygiene standards. Crumbs still everywhere - might even be the same ones from days ago. Advise use of wellies if you want to visit gents toilets!. A female companion complained direct about state of ladies' toilets. Manager allegedly 'off sick'. One of the two staff went straight from collecting and putting out rubbish to serving food without washing hands. On top of this my latte coffee was so weak it tasted like hot milk. Didn't bother to complain as seemed little point. Almond croissant mediocre.
Definitively the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. No toilet paper in any toilets. Light broken in one of the two. The only toilet with paper was the disabled one for men’s and the flushing was broken.
We have visited this Starbucks several times recently to and from our destination as it's a good halfway point for us. On each occasion the food and drinks have been ok but obviously expensive as it's a Starbucks. However the cleanliness of the seating area is often poor with dirty floors and crumbs on the deserted tables, with exception to one occasion when the two female staff members had properly cleaned the Customer seating area and it looked like an area you could sit at. However my main gripe are the toilets which are always in an appalling state with no toilet paper available and plastic bottles dumped in them and often the toilets themselves require a proper clean due to human waste everywhere. Last time we were there there were five members of staff in and the toilets practically unusable. All it requires is one or two members of staff to brave it on occasions and to give the toilets a regular clean to make this a more pleasant experience for the Customer.
This is a great little Starbucks on a main route. I've only been here the once while travelling down to see a dear friend. Great service, just what you need when you haven't spoken to a human being after driving for a while.
Nice coffee, friendly staff, it wasn't busy at the time of visit. Toilets were reasonably clean. Pumpkin spice was nice. We missed a service on the M5, this was a nice surprise.
