Disgusting email received from Tristan. Quoted £245, then asked for £500 up front, when I asked what the extra was for he sent a disgusting reply. Absolutely do not touch this outfit when there are many many others to choose from. To say I was shocked is an understatement

Awful! Just awful. Hannah Kenwood is the solicitor for the vendors of our new property. She has been aware of the completion date for the purchase of the property for at least two weeks and only two days before, when my solicitor had ordered my mortgage funds she denies knowing anything about the exchange and completion date! From the outset we stated that we must complete early December due to our tenancy ending. The Estate agents could never get a response from her after leaving multiple messages and my solicitor even struggled to get a reply at times. Now that we have got a reply from her, she refuses to commit to a completion date and appears to be very much taking her time over the conveyancey process. If Hannah or her colleagues don't pull their finger out soon we will be homeless! Extremely frustrating!
Brilliant. Taylor and Nicky are amazing. Best solicitors I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend. Kind and caring too whilst very professional.
