Handed over 2 twenty pound notes by mistake, and was immediately told by the man serving. The food was cooked fresh and good. Must give 5 stars for honesty and service.
Have been here a few times now, and the food is excellent! Very good value for money - especially in the current climate! Shame they are only open until 9pm, but you can't have everything!

Lovely chips etc, but won't be going again I'm afraid, as minimum payment on card is £7.50, taking into account a lot of people pay by card today, I'm sure it will put people off. Disgusting!
Had fish & chips there today for the first time. Was not disappointed. Great service too.
Yummy fresh chips, fish was nice and white and the mushy peas were nice and hot. Very large portions...even the small size was big! Friendly staff. Will definitely visit again. Only fault would have liked a slightly crispier batter. Noticed they have a hygeine rating of 4 out if 5 on the door. Space to pull up outside which is very useful!. Liked their selection of drinks....traditional ones like cream soda and Rio etc.

This use to be my favourite chip shop, wouldn't go elsewhere but sadly the last 3 times the chips have been disgusting. Hard & crispy tasting heated up. We drive all the way over from Paxcroft but not sure where to go now ????
