Very busy and you do have to wait but it's not the staffs fault there just a very busy pharmacy. Lovely staff and owner
10/10, this is my local pharmacy and although they might be so busy they usually can't answer the phone which is annoying, they're always are willing to go the extra mile to help out.
Terrible service, they rarely answer the phone, regularly say they haven't had a prescription from the doctors even though they have and you prove them wrong with the prescription code, and delivery takes way longer than it should.
Nicest staff, including the Pharmacist. Very kind, caring and patient. I have now changed them to my nominated pharmacy, even though they are further away!

I tried about 10 different pharmacies and this was the only one that had the right baby inhaler. The lady I spoke with on the phone was exceptionally polite and helpful. They even got it ready really quickly so I could get it before they closed for the day. Super service
