Car had a DPF fault on a Saturday whilst on holiday in the area. Ryan could not have helped us more, not only with clear, direct communication but by taking the time to explain everything. He went above and beyond by staying an extra 4 hours after closing to get it sorted so we didn't have our holiday ruined, making it the only time I've ever tipped a mechanic. If every shop had a Ryan like this the world would be a better place.
Thank you so much to Ryan and his team for fixing my car. Food For Families can now deliver emergency food parcels to our local community hear in Penzance. I will be definitely going back for future repairs.

They passed our car for it's MOT and the bonnet of the car couldn't open?! We've not been able to check or put water in unfortunately, but apparently this is fine and they passed it's MOT anyway?! We asked them to fix this issue and they didnt!
They've had over 4k of money for repairs for our 9 seater Ford van this year alone! They changed it's Turbo without checking the fuel injectors firstly, so we shortly had that problem after and told us, to move the van on soon saying more problems will happen?! We took it to our friends garage in the end in Crowlas. Who couldn't believe the car was passed it's MOT. And said the van was fine, after then changing it's cambelt also.
I feel this garage has put our family at risk especially with passing a car without being able to check oil levels!

I was stranded miles from home with a worrying noise coming from my engine, popped in to St Michaels Garage and the guys diagnosed and fixed it within an hour! Really cannot reccomend them enough, first class service!
