I was out with a child under my care and unfortunately fell ill. I saw the pharmacy was opposite and apparently had a doctor.
Unfortunately, upon entry I had a major crisis and despite customers and staff watching me whilst I cried for help - not one staff member assisted.
As a disabled and high risk individual I expected to be able to get help from a pharmacy because up til now I believed pharmacies were supposed to be the first stop before 111 or A&E
I was in severe pain and trying to keep myself and the child I was in charge of safe.
I needed help and the staff just watched me.
I requested several times that I needed a doctor. I pleaded for help but eventually a customer came over asking me what I needed and got the staff to get me a chair.
I finally had to video call the child’s father and upon his arrival he found out that the pharmacy had not called an ambulance despite my requests.
So he had to call them himself.
This incidence doesn’t fill me with confidence, I’m just thankful that my boss was able to come.
Won’t be going there again and I advise anyone who is having a crisis not to go there.
The staff are extremely rude . Never felt welcome here. In fact they speak very curtly and don't really care about customer service. It's feels like they are doing you a favour by serving you. I prefer Courtney chemists (so much more efficient and welcoming) and boots.
Very good place. The staff are very helpful and know exactly where the requested items are. Does get very busy though sometimes

Great pharmacy with highly qualified and helpful staff. I have been a customer for many years and I especially recommend their repeat prescription service. As a disabled person I value the delivery service.
They always ensure my meds are available when I need them. The Pharmacist is excellent and very helpful.
There is a great range of top-quality health supplements available together with beautiful cosmetics, perfumes and toiletries.
Wonderful Experience. An extremely kind gentleman ordered nutritional supplements for my poorly sister. Went the extra mile. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use this as my regular pharmacy. A real gem
The team here are extremely knowledgeable and much better than the Boots just 50 yards away. The small shop sometimes gets busy, but they will go the extra mile to make it worth going back to them.
Abhorrent customer service! Staff members display complete disregard to people’s feelings and horrendous attitude.
