My recent experience with a dentist clinic was incredibly disappointing due to their unreliable appointment management. The clinic canceled my appointment just 10 minutes before its scheduled time, showcasing a lack of professionalism and disregard for their patients' time.
Scheduling the appointment was already problematic, as the receptionists were disorganized and unresponsive. However, the last-minute cancellation was the final straw. Not only did I waste time preparing for the appointment, but I also had to rearrange my entire schedule for a new appointment several days later.
This lack of communication and last-minute cancellation raises concerns about the clinic's reliability and commitment to patient care. It is disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior and a failure to uphold basic principles of running a successful dental practice.
In conclusion, the dentist clinic's unreliable appointment management left me deeply disappointed. Their last-minute cancellation and disregard for patients' time reflect a lack of professionalism. I would caution others considering this clinic, as their reliability and commitment to patient care are questionable.

With this clinic, I had an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly warm and considerate. I was frequently questioned by my orthodontist about how I felt about my teeth and any worries I might have had. I was greeted with a smile every time and was stunned by the dramatic difference in my teeth after viewing the before and after pictures. I truly appreciate coming here.
My daughter has been using this clinic for 1 year and we find the staff very helpful, kind and diligent. Very pleased and delighted to be with this clinic.
Super disappointed in the service. First appointment was May 2023, as of September no firm progress made. Emails ignored and unhelpful calls to reception. Agree with all the negative feedback about reception: Jodie talks over you, doesn’t listen and has an unhelpful attitude. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Training in customer facing roles, politeness and listening skills required urgently.
