Giving one star as no option to give less. As a woman going to a garage on her own I would not recommend. Told car was fixed and it wasn’t, no paperwork offered, no resolution or explanation despite taking my money! Had to demand a full refund which felt very awkward.

I was told by another garage that I would probably need to have the unit replaced that housed my lights, but they would have to book it in and then give me a quote. Another garage couldn’t even look until next week.
I contacted St John street garage and was told to pop it in next day.
I presumed that they would ask me to leave it before giving me a quote. It was obvious that they were very, very busy.
The mechanic had a quick look after a10 minute investigation, he fixed the problem!!!. I cannot believe how honest, pleasant and efficient they were. I would have believed anything they told me !
I know that I will be using this garage from now on and recommending to all my friends and family.

Asked for a price to have a part supplied and fitted on the Wednesday we will ring you back with a price and four days later still waiting found them to be a bit arrogant if I'm honest Avoid!!
I was in an awful situation today where my cars coolant hose was not attached properly. The team at St John Street Garage were so helpful. They had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Polite, friendly, helpful. Everything you could ask for. Thank you!
