Some of the food was good, some of it wasn't. Saveloy was nice, but greasy, as were the chips; greasy. Chicken burger was small for the price, but the curry sauce was quote "Amazing". Main issue was grease. Staff were okay, just didn't seem happy but everyone has bad days.
Since UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT the food service and atmosphere is great. They treat you like one of the family, and greet you when you go into the shop, and thank yiu when you leave. Nothing is too much trouble, much better than MR COD and much cleaner as well. Would recommend they any time, so give them a try and they do home delivery as well.
Portions are small, ordered a large chips but it looked like a small and was expensive for that. Noodles do not taste nice and are overloaded with sauce. Delivery takes ages.
Ordered through just eat. Had the mushroom chow mein which was absolutely fabulous. It arrived very quickly and piping hot. Great job!!
The chip is excellent and the curry is the best ever. The beef green peppers black bean sauce, yummmmmy ????????????????????????????????????????
Stopped using this place and now I remember why. Had a chicken curry, chicken was more gristle then meat and very chewy, every single piece, the chicken balls were the same. Sour sauce tasted like vinegar. The lady is grumpy and rude. Would not use again, there are far better in Swindon
Unfortunately the fish and chips were again lukewarm and the batter on the fish so chewy and tough. Pretty sure this was left from lunchtime. We had a similar experience a few months ago. Shame we won't use them again
Very disappointed with our meal curry had absolutely no flavour and was cold chips were cold lots in gristle instead of meat... very disappointed as had really good meals in past ..
