During a time of emergency closure of doctors surgeries causing issues with obtaining prescriptions for regular medication, the staff here were knowledgeable about the situation and were able to support in giving out the required medication while explaining limitations on other medications.
At all times every member of staff treated us with kindness and warmth. We were able to wait and obtain the medication on the same day.

It only took me 11 years … sad isn’t it?
The staff and Pharmacists showed genuine interest and did everything right to make me feel comfortable, as opposed to “unwanted” like in my previous pharmacy experiences!
At the basis of everything there was communication which I cannot stress enough is vital for understanding and generally making things right like they did!

Worst experience ever have just got a prescription from the hospital last night and got told to go and hand it in to the pharmacy in the morning for antibiotics for my ear infection to which I was not feeling good for so my neighbour has offered to hand it in and pick it up when it’s ready she got there handed it in and they told her the prescription was incorrect written it did not specify if it’s tablets or liquid form to then my lovely neighbour responded she doesn’t know but she dose know I have the liquid at the moment to them she left them my number to call me after they contact the hospital to get it confirmed she lets me know about what’s happened so I call the pharmacy to let them know it’s supposed to be tablets form as the liquid is hard for me to take because is makes me feel sick and that’s what the doctor said to get tablets anyway I tell her this over the phone she’s shouting being really rude saying that the hospital is busy and they can’t contact them so they will try again on Monday to which I said to her I only have enough to last me for today and that I need more the now that I can’t wait till Monday I’m 10 days to go till my due date to what she replies you can come get it and take it somewhere else which then she kept saying so what you doing what you doing you coming to get it to which I try to respond can you stop shouting down the phone I have a ear infection I can’t hear half of the stuff and your not letting me speak anyway I go and collect the prescription take it back to the hospital I speak with the doctor which to the doctor said there is nothing wrong with the prescription and the pharmacy should of took it after the information I have given them and that it dose not have to specify anything everything was written correctly they also said that the pharmacy should know this because they have already been contacted by a doctor from the hospital anyway I got a new prescription went back told them and they tried to blame my neighbour that apparently she said I should get liquid which I know is false as she had her airpod in with me on the phone so I heard the conversation but at the end I got my prescription I will not be dying till Monday thanks to the hospital.
Was prescribed new medication and found this pharmacy was only one who stocked them in my area. Has had new refurbishment with spacious layout. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff to help and support with any queries. Staff always provide information about new medications on collection, and with over the counter remedies available too
This is now the third occasion when other local pharmacies have not had something in stock from a prescription, and St clairs have not only had the item but processed it quickly and efficiently.
All the staff Ive met so far are friendly, and all seem to be very proficient in their own roles within this small but busy pharmacy.
Think we will definately be using St Clair Pharmacy more often in the future.
How refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about their customers.Nothing is too much trouble and if they don't have an answer to something they soon will have.
