A total failure on their part. Not only did they fail to fix the issues I initially reported, but they also managed to create new problems in the process. I had to seek out another mechanic to rectify their blunders.
Needed a car service, didn't want to risk it getting home so advised to try SRA garage in Skegness.
Couldn't recommend them highly enough. They gave me a date, time and price. Everything went according to plan. Thank you SRA GARAGE,
Had mot and service done brilliant
Amazing, professional and quality service on fixing and an MOT on my Passat. A couple of garages messed me about over my electronic handbrake, but these guys knew the common fault on the car, gave me a date to drive it in (within a few days!) and spotted + fixed a lot more that wasn't picked up on my last! Would recommend highly!!
We came to Skegness for the day (from Loughborough, Leicestershire) and on our way home, our car broke down (alternator belt had snapped). We managed to get the car to SRA and with only 20 minutes until they closed, they diagnosed the problem and were only too happy to fix it. Luckily, they had the part we needed which was delivered by a lady via their other garage. Nothing was too much trouble, really welcoming and accommodating and put our minds at ease knowing the problem would be fixed and we'd be able to make the 2 & 1/2 hour journey back home. Even asked if we needed drinks to take with us before we left. Great service and really great people. Would highly recommend and if we lived closer, we'd go back!
Had an MOT at the garage, friendly knowledgeable staff that got me sorted and at a good price. Will definitely use again.
Great service from this garage, Car wouldn't start on Friday morning, called the garage and they came out and diagnosed the battery as the problem. By 4pm they had sourced a new one and came out to install it.
On holiday from North Yorkshire tried several garages to no avail, until we rang SRA fitted us in in two days very professional and the lady on reception a very polite young lady, thanks to all the team ????????
