A panel set up by the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State (UNIZIK), to look into various offences in the institution has recommended the dismissal, suspension, and expulsion of more than 14 individuals comprising staff members and students.
Individuals implicated include a priest and three lecturers, with many students facing expulsion for offences like aiding and abetting exams and fraud. NO STARS...
Trying to order prescription that is due on the 2nd next month.told to order a week before as GP allowed 48 hours as I explained pharmacy is allowed upto 48 hours as well so there for I will not have any medication for when I need it.i don't think it's sinking in what I am trying to tell them
Stupid booking system. I phoned at 9 am, and I was told no appointments available, which is fair enough. I was told to phone back at 12 o'clock, I might get an evening appointment. I phoned no appointments available, which is fine. What I dont understand is why they can't just book me in for a date/time in the future, which is available. Instead, I have been told I have to phone up on Monday and go through the same process of trying to get an appointment for that day. I might get an appointment, I might not. It's absolutely stupid and really frustrating. I don't understand how this system is better than booking people in for dates and times that suit.
Ridiculous. Everytime you ring and never no appointments. I got told earlier in the week to ring back 8.30 the next morning so I made sure I was awake and up to ring. Once I got through I was 26th in queue, what was the point of wasting my time for someone to say sorry there's no appointments left so I hung up!!!
I would like to applaud the staff at Springwell medical centre. The reception team are friendly professional and very helpful. I heard quite a few people coming in with a problem and the staff doing their very best to help. I then went in for my appointment with a very pleasant friendly nurse who was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. Thank you all for making my visit a pleasant one.
This is brilliant practice. Dr Sharma is a very good Doctor and always has time to listen to your problems and give sound advice. We have been with this practice for over 30 years and have had no problems throughout this time. The other Doctors are also very helpful when we have dealt with them in the past. The administration and front line reception staff are also very pleasant and courteous.
Went to register ,the receptionist was unable to understand my accent in case to asked nicely , she raised her voice which sound quiet intimidating . did not feel good while she asked me like she was shouting. Staff should apply diversity and used appropriate ton of speaking to customers.
I have nothing but praise for this Practice, the Doctors, Nurses,Therapists and reception staff have all been excellent in their treatment, with a caring and considerate manner, they have been fantastic in managing my many health problems, and are always thorough, I highly recommend SPRINGWELL MEDICAL CENTRE TO any future patients, You will be in safe hands with all staff concerned with your care.
