I've always used his garage for both my wife's and my car as they give an honest quote and do not rip you off. The cars always pass MOTs with the minimum of fuss. One off jobs like brake pads are cheap too.
Very friendly helpful staff,already quoted by another garage so knew the price was very good indeed for the repair to my car.I rang to tell them i needed car the next day so they went that extra mile to get car ready for me,springfield is now my go to garage .

Repaired my car quickly and offered advice, nothing not to like about the garage.
Used to think this place was ok till they were supposed to fix my handbrake after mot failure . on picking the car up they said all was fine and I drove off happy , but when I got home and parked on a slight incline it rolled back and I had no handbrake . I took the car back immediately too be told they could not do anything till the following week even though the garage was empty . could not believe their attitude no handbrake for a week . didn't go back went to k t r and got the job done properly. Please learn from my experience
Used this garage for MOT and other work untill they Quoted me £180 to supply and fit a radiator i asked how much to fit if i bought the part they said £70. I paid £52.50 new for the radiator when i went in to order it they told me sprinfield had orderd the same radiator that day so it proves they was after ripping me off
Not a good garage, used for many years until Jan 2014. Basically ruined my car after a simple MOT, not to mention putting a lot of mileage into it. Also changing quotes and explanations at will without any thought for their customer, I now realise they are just money grabbers and liars when challenged. Now had to buy a new car as they are unwilling to realise what they have done to my current car which is no longer roadworthy after visiting the garage.
