Went to this dental practice today, for tooth extraction. Kate Rustage was excellent, very professional. All the staff were very good, could not fault the treatment received. My appointment was a referral from my own practice. I would highly recommend this dental surgery to anyone
Great dentist/Great staff.
Whether a routine check up, or an emergency appt, always accommodating.
Thanks
A big thank you to Kate and her team today when removing a tooth. A pain free process which i was nt looking forward to it one bit!
Kate and her team made me feel relaxed.
Thank you to you all.
My family and I have been using this dentist for many yrs as NHS patients. In my time I have only ever had the best treatment and care one could ask for. The Always helpful staff will do there upmost to fit you in as an emergency if needed.
The dentist always puts his patients at ease while doing any procedure and the nurses are friendly and efficient
Many thanks to all at Spixworth dental practice
Friendly staff always. Calm atmosphere which certainly helps me to relax. I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past, never at Spixworth. Thank you!
Pretty unhelpful receptionist, conversation as follows.
Me: Hi, I’ve just moved to Spixworth and am calling to find out if you’re taking on any new private patients?
Reception: no unfortunately not.
Me: ok, can you recommend any other local dentists?
Receptionist: Not really, no.
Side note, I’ve found Horsford to be very helpful, they are also taking on new patients.
Was referred via my dentist for the extraction of a wisdom tooth and although I have had a lot of experience of dentists I was still pretty apprehensive. I should not have worried, the injection was uncomfortable and so I was expecting a real tug of war with the tooth. Pliers were inserted for what I believed to be an exploratory wriggle. I then asked if it was going to be difficult only to be told that the extraction was complete, just goes to show, it’s much better to get extractions done by dentists who specialise.
Since covid.we were worried about ringing as know they were under alot of worry .But when rang up they got us in for check up .My husband had to have filling so made a appointment He was so impressed with how careful they were about coronavirus rules ...To keep everyone safe ...Thankyou all x Brilliant Dentist .
