Uji and the team are fantastic! Always there to help and make life easier for me. My father has several medications which is really hard to manage alone, spivack try their utmost best to have all the items and ensure it’s dispensed in time. Thank you and keep up the great work you are doing ????
Sadly really poor service - they ask ill people to come in to pick up script as it is ready and then turn them away because they are not sure about the documentation and if they are able to issue medication for electronically sent/faxed script from a gp.
- Further to this confirmed with the script issuing practice- they had called the chemists to confirm online faxed or emailed script will be valid and issued on the day and they agreed only to tell me that they dont do this right after.
Please review your own policies before misleading patients and the gp practices.
Your lack of clear policies and misinformation caused delay in treatment with antibiotics whilst unwell.

Very good Staff. I visited first time today this pharmacy regarding medication for sore throat. The man wearing glasses, he was very professional and he personally helped me and explain about the medication. I always refer to all my friends and families to this pharmacy...Thanks

Spivack is my go to local chemist! Mr Hamza (Pharmacist) is a true asset here along with his well organised kind team. Hamza makes sure all his patients on daily basis are looked after with passionate, extreme care and always well informed. Hamza goes out of his way to provide excellent professional service where he helped me couple of times with delayed prescriptions from my GP just before the weekend starts, so I don’t run out.
I feel lucky to have Hamza in my local pharmacy. Very hands on! Thank you for all what you’re doing for us, Hamza :)
If you're looking for a chemist with a personal touch, Spivack is the place to be! Not only will they fill your prescription with a smile, but they also have a great sense of humor.
