We are always treated with respect and welcomed with smile. Best food and great ambiance. Special shoutout to Amin who always serves with great smile ????. They also make sure to keep up with every customer demands and serves food hot.

These are Bangladeshi style fries, very soggy. Not like McDonalds. Poor quality foods, waisted money. They are rude. Food is bad. If you want diarrhoea, please help yourself.
I recently visited Spice Hut in Chadwell Heath for a takeaway meal, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I had previously enjoyed their food at the Gants Hill branch, so I had high hopes for this visit, but it fell short.
I ordered the Lamb Doner with Naan and an extra Naan separately, along with a Chicken Doner wrap. The Lamb Doner received a 6 out of 10 from me. Despite specifying that it should be well-cooked, the lamb seemed undercooked and lacked the desired flavor. The Naan was also served cold, which was disappointing.
The Chicken Doner wrap fared even worse with a 5 out of 10. It shared the same issue of undercooked meat and didn't taste appealing.
In terms of the overall experience, the waiting time was quite long, and there was no parking available. Additionally, there seemed to be issues with maintaining the queue, with others receiving their orders before me, even though I had ordered first. Furthermore, it was disappointing that the staff did not take note of dietary requirements during the order process, and there were no apologies for the extended wait from any staff member.
In conclusion, I would recommend that Spice Hut in Chadwell Heath improves the quality of their food and service. Perhaps bringing in a chef from the Gants Hill branch, known for their tasty food, could help elevate the dining experience.
Normally quite good but from Romford but Spice but the dhal from chadwell heath was like soup!! Then they wouldn’t send me. Replacement as they didn’t have a driver at 8;50pm on a Friday night, probably because they didn’t want to pay for a free delivery! Really poor

Hate giving bad reviews but was really dissapointed with the place, staff need some major major training. On my vist, the guy forgot ma chips, tried to charge me twice for my meal and also gave me the wrong burger. Gave 2 stars because the guy was smily n my wrong burger was somewhat nice.
