Never answer phone, can't get a appointment, ring 111 to push them to do a call back yet takes 12 hours, women Dr was no help other than being snotty and unhelpful My advise, change drs as we have now done! Disgusting! People with any mental health should avoid!
I have been going to this practice all my life & every Doctor I have seen have all been professional & polite, including the Nurses too. My parents came here too in the 60's & on many occasion were seen by Doctor Pricemen. I would recommend this practice to any family or friend.
Recent appointments with Dr. Bethapudi and Dr. Mackinnon were incredibly helpful. They were very kind, yet professional in appearance and manner. Even though I was there for a separate issue, I was given the flu vaccination at the same time after Dr. Mackinnon asked me about it.
Dr. Choi was responsible for my Cystic Fibrosis diagnosis, thirty years ago, when doctors at the hospital were ignoring my mother's pleas for help.
I've had bad experiences at this place in recent years, so I hope that these doctors remain at this practice because their demeanour and willingness to help (even at 5PM) is crucial for people, like me, who are incredibly anxious and hate to bother anyone.
I would remove one star because the method of arranging appointments requires the telephone and it's always difficult to get through.

Treatment, timing was better than ok.BUT try to access a phone call for extra advice was worse than useless. Spent 2 hours on phone being passed around, still no good. Had to go to Durham for the advice. Think I got the same lady answering phone as some other reviewers.
Having just attended to request a repeat prescription for my son, I have had one of the most unpleasant encounters in my life. The receptionist was 'scowling' at me and looking at me as if i was a piece of dirt before barking my request at me, ...name, date of birth, address, no warmth no compassion, what happened to 'customer service'
It is impossible to get a GP appointment on the same day if you don't get through at 8am sharp. There are too many people going to this doctors. They need to reduce the area they cover and move patients to there local doctors.
If you wish to join a doctors which you can never book an appointment for then this is the place to register . Same day appointments only so first come first served basis when you ring. Clinic says it opens at 8 could not get through until 8:10 then put in a automatit queue. Finally spoke to reception at 08:25 who informed me there was no appointments available. She said they were low on doctors
