Oh how I wish I’d of checked the reviews first! To be honest I was heading for Marios for a cheeky kebab but was loured into this place by the lovely smells. I ordered my usual chicken curry, with fried rice and chips. At my favourite Chinese, (Ming Kitchen in Redcar) the same meal costs about £9 this cost £13.10. A huge difference BUT I thought I’d give it a shot, maybe I would be pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately this was the most boring eating experience I think that I have ever had in my life. The chips were pretty okay, but the rice was rank, a stodgy load of mush! The curry was thoroughly boring and bland. I would only pay about £2.50 for this whole eating experience as it was lame, lame, lame. Never again! It was a very awful eating experience.
Chicken Chow Mein should be described as bean sprouts and sauce, with the odd noodle; the few pieces of 'chicken' were reformed, flat in shape & rubbery. Chips and curry sauce: a congealed stodgy mess. Ribs: over cooked pieces of bone with a pittance of meat. Sweet and sour chicken balls: uneatable lumps of stodgy batter. As for the Chicken Fu Yung , a bland watery mess.
Tasteless and dry, and the rest tasteless and slop. My egg fried rice hasn’t seen any egg. The black been had been watered down to ‘where you been bean’ and the fortune cookie said…

Arrived on time, but barely warm. Pork was very dry and chewy. First and last time to use them, wouldn't recommend. Had great reviews, but don't believe everything you read!!
Food arrived quickly but was very disappointing. Ribs were just tiny pieces, very grisly and hardly any meat. Duck satay was chewy and only a few small pieces of duck that were hard to find in the gelatinous onion filled sauce. The egg fried rice was dark brown, hard and tasteless with no sign of any egg. The prawn toasts were big, but also tasteless. Overpriced for the size and quality of the dishes. Wont be ordering from here again.
Wast of money special chow main let's get to the meat chicken was rubber, prawns overcooked, the pork was just fat and the dog struggled with the beef.
Now the noodles where the most slimy greasy tasteless things ever, would of been better off buying a pot noodle.
Salt and pepper chips for a start half of them where still raw and tasted like no other salt and pepper chips I've ever had what an awful taste.
Top tip save your money and buy a frozen meal from the supermarket as this plays will just leave you disappointed
Decent food at a reasonable price. Quick service when you collect but haven't tried home delivery.
This is one of the better local Chinese takeaways. Food is good quality and not too greasy. Turn around from order to collection is really quick too. Portion sizes are fairly standard and cost is similar to any others in the area.
