Personal fitness Facilities. Clean Walking Paths. Sitting areas under canopies. Very Secured!
Pay Toilet outside, on the main Uxbridge Road, almost adjacent to the Police Station.
Very good place for relaxing good clean paths and fitness equipment available, small flower garden in the middle and you could see squirrel around the corner.
A spacious park near Southall Broadway with good recreational options. Has a children's play area, exercise equipments. A good place to have a nice walk or just chill out.
Used to be a very good park once upon time (also Spikes Bridge park) so many recreational facilities & also activities to do. Now the parks are dirty and unsafe & hardly any facilities like before & no adequate lighting in the park for early morning or late afternoon or evening & no public conveniences/public toilets!! Hardly ever see police & never see park rangers etc. The places are just run down. Only thing that is or right is the kids area & NO way as good as before . Yes it's got exercise equipment that are hardly used (then again don't all parks have exercise equipment nowadays ) maybe if the council & police & park rangers etc made the park safer and feel safer and adequate lighting & safe clean public conveniences/toilets & more benches & more functions in the parks like before?
What can I say? Maybe one day? When hell frezzes over?

It's so huge and nice park, lots of lovely squirrels, we are coming here to feed them with hazel nuts, also good play area for children, but...there is no public toilets, the nearest I suppose is in McDonald's. Such a shame...me and my daughter just reached the park and already have to leave(((
Really lovely place for all of the family. They have a nice plat area for the kids. Lots of body weight exercise machines and a nice track for walking. Used a lot by residents in the morning and evening. Also large green.areas. Only problem is when the fun fair is in town and it can get a bit congested.
