Wasn't the best very watery and not much coffee flavor
The lentil soup & chicken & rice. Is amazing.
Great family diner style place. Took one star off only bc my large soup and toastie didn’t fill me up. But overall very reasonable prices here. Could have afforded 2 meals which would have filled me up. Seems like even during rush times line moves very fast
Food is ok just usual breakfasts, soups, sandwiches. The service needs attention been in a couple of times and have had to wait much longer than acceptable for filled rolls.
Atmosphere is lacking considerably, not very inviting and I am talking about the majority of the staff, all older ladies with the exception of one, no smile with service in here I'm afraid and have the annoying thing of telling regular customers what they want to order, (they maybe fancy a change) so only polite to wait until the customer has had time to look at the menu and choose for themselves. Could do with an overhaul in staffing and a refresher in customer service.

A rationed cheese panini.
Full cardboard breakfast more like.
And two watered down weak coffee, the white indistinguishable from the latte
Will be seeking full refund via Uber. Suspect that staff just wanted to go home.
Another visit to this great soup and sandwich cafe, great atmosphere and fantastic food as always.
I came on here to update my 5 star review to comment on how good it is as always and my previous review was gone/removed for some reason..
Great selection of soups,sandwiches, snacks , soft drinks and teas and coffees, great service, friendly staff and a perfect place to bring the family , ideal for kids of all ages as well.

Birthday breakfast delivered, driver dropped it inside my front door. The paper bags were wet so it all slid out on the floor. Driver said "So sorry" and left.
An hour later I'm still trying to get through to the shop but phone line is busy.
Came for soup and a panini.
Food is always good here.

A colleague has been going on about this place for ages, so I tried it. Very good - however, I had a 20 min wait for two rolls and sausage... I could see they had had a run on rolls from some office order, so forgiven.
Service was a bit abrupt
