Probably the best value on the broads, no frills though, but very central, added bonus of railway station 5/6 mins walk, and good pub the Dukes Head
One of the best areas,this is home of my boat, nice and retreat,peaceful,and with nice people that treat with respect each other, it is still the old life style????????????????????????????????
After 3 years spent there, I feel it like my 2nd home, my 2nd family is there.
It is the best place you could ever have your boat moored. Always there when you need them, when you have a question. Everyone in there is like a family.

My first time here, went with a friend who has a boat at this marina, easy access and very quiet.
We love having our boat moored here. A lovely and peaceful marina....2 years on sadly they are not very good at keeping it in good repair. Broken gangplanks not replaced, old water hoses split and tapedyou get soaked when using it. I was hoping it will be replaced after winter but its still here. The entrance to the marina has got so overgrown, just about get 1 boat at a time. Thinking of moving to another marina as fees have gone to over 2k. Such a Shame
Not much here Dukes Head pub looks very nice about 1/4 mile from the moorings but didnt go in only a couple of points for electric hook up that were already in use
Brilliant marina my local area lived in somerleyton all my life and this has gone from strength too strength. Lovely part of the broads also to be situated. Any boat enquires plenty of knowledge down here also. Ron
Decent marina for broads. Well located fir access to southern rivers or northern broads via yarmouth.
Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble.
