Excellent service from Phil and his team again, I turned up unannounced today with warning lights on my Ducato camper having set off for a weekend away. Phil plugged it in within half an hour and diagnosed the fault (fox had chewed abs sensor wire on off side rear wheel) ???? he put it on the ramp, made good the damage, cleared the faults and within an hour and a half I was on my way.
This sort of service and expertise is few and far between these days and has to be recognised and applauded.

Alternator/power steering belt broke between Xmas and New year. Needed to return home to Cheshire v early in New Year..HVR garage managed to fit us in with 24 hrs notice. Fixed and fine at a very reasonable price. Efficient and friendly service..highly recommended ????

Phil and his staff are absolutely brilliant. They had checked over my car within a day! I accidentally left my personal keys that I needed and luckily they were kind enough to arrange me to come and get them just as they were closing. These guys helped me out of a huge hole. My Ford developed a coolant leak and I needed to drive 200 miles that evening after work. I popped in to get a feel for how big a problem the leak was, whilst fully expecting to have to hire a car. Not only did they look at it straight away (0830) but as they could see the predicament I was in, agreed to have it fixed by 1700! They were polite, patient and took the trouble to show me the parts they took off (explaining what had failed) and why they had failed. Super team, immaculate workshop and know what they're talking about - no bluff. Very well priced and of course quick. Will use again and would recommend highly too.
My Fiat Doblo van went in for a DPF clean and re set. The DPF was removed from the vehicle for this. On my return to collect van the garage owner took the time to show me the cleaning process. I would recommend this garage. I will be going back for servicing/not in the future.
