Terrible doctors surgery. If you have any thoughts registering with this location it’s probably best you start really learning how to take care of yourself because with this doctors they have no desires to genuinely help you.
I advise you to tell patients that book a blood test through email whether they should fast or not even on the text you receive rather than finding that out on the seat only to be rebooked again on another day due to not stating it correctly anywhere!! This is the first time I've ever been here, and such a poor experience to begin with. It's been a waste of time when I could have been at work.
Poor service. Blood test failed to register on the system and blood samples lost. Staff very rude accusing me of being late for an appointment even though I was sat in the waiting area 10mins early.
It is described as the worst GBl in the city, uninterested staff, no interest in patients, it is very difficult to get an appointment, meaningless complications, very bad service, most of the employees speak English with difficulty, you think you are in a Gb from another country.

If only I could give 0 Stars.
- Getting an appointment is impossible
- Even if you call at 8am you wont get an appointment
- Extremely rude receptionist. Doesn't even try, she's been stealing a living for the past 10+ years.
- Even if you do get an appointment guess what... its never face to face. She will only ever give phone appointments till the doctor actually speaks to you and then asks you to come in.
- Expect to wait around 1 hour past your slot if you manage to get an appointment.
- Doctor will shout at you for going elsewhere
- If you get an appointment you will notice there are barely any other people at the doctors.... yet they are over run?
I honestly believe they are using COVID as an excuse to avoid seeing people. They are an absolute disgrace and the NHS IS IN THE BIN! If this GP went under you it wouldnt even make a difference.
Disgrace of a receptionist, if she has no willingness to help then she should seek another profession... but she wont. Why would she go else where when she is being paid to sit on her backside.
This GP center seems like it's only for Asian people, when you called to make appointment I can never get one. Staff telling patients to go to Dudley road walk in centre. I never see a white or black staff around the desk. I wonder if they care about the reviews they get? Because the ratings is extremely poor for such a big health center. I think it's a racist thing.
ABSOLUTELY rude staff at reception. Lack of formality when speaking , have no manners , completely cut you off when you are speaking
