My family have been eating here for over 20 years and it is always excellent, fast service, kind staff and very high quality food. The quiche is the lightest I've ever had, homemade soup is delicious and the scones are fantastic!
Wonderful tucked away cafe with lovely staff and friendly clientele. People on their own are welcome and you might make friends there if you go regularly. Excellent outside seating in summer.
Poor service and attitude from staff member.
Ordered food and drinks after a long dog walk. Letting my 1 year old son take a drink from his bag to get rude comment from staff no food or drink on these premises if not purchased, I understand that but He's 1 year old forgod sake.
Never coming back here again.
Absolutely lovely staff so friendly and lovely food , I always have a Cheese & Pickle Ciabata and always sit outside I try to call in once a week when out on my mountain Bike , highly recommended cafe 10/10

Had a lovely brunch today , bacon and egg toasties and pot of tea.we then had a beautiful cream scone and another tea. Very relaxing over looking the Marina. The food and Service was excellent. Will definitely be returning. Thank you
We arrived and were promptly seated by a young lady at about 13.25 today, 13/8/23. We were given a menu and were told she would be back in a few minutes to take our order. After a few minutes had past, the young lady and her colleague started to arrange two tables for a party of much more important people than my wife and I. Another 10 minutes past before the VIPs were asked if they were ready to order, my wife and I still sitting like peasants! Their VIPs order was taken without a glance in our direction! Obviously our hard earned money wasn’t good enough for the staff today, so the menu was left as we departed.
SHOCKING SERVICE!????
Haven't been here for ages. We had coffee and toasted cheese scones. Service was quick and efficient. Scones were very tasty.
