AVOID. Staff are rude and selective on who they take parcels from, even going to the extent about lying about the machine. I was with somebody who also had a parcel who went into the shop before me - the machine had a piece of paper over saying broken. When she asked they said no it's fine it's working and sent her parcel. I went in one minute after and was told the machine was broken, even after I told them that's odd as my friend just sent one they said it just broke now. Such a shame they cannot have a decent understanding of customer service. A complaint will be made to EVRi.
Great little shop next to Snaresbrook station, busy area. Variety of baguettes wraps sandwiches and snacks.
Unhelpful and unkind. Refused to take an Evri returns box under 70cm sq as it was “too big”. Also do not trust the opening hours - the owner opens and closes whenever he fancies. Go elsewhere!
I purchased two Oyster cards for the commuter / tube train. At the time of purchase, the shop keeper assured that we can return the cards and get the deposit back. A week later, when we wanted to return the cards, the keeper plainly refused to return the deposit. Very disappointing experience. I would caution everyone to think twice before heading to this store.

These guys are the best. The shop is my go-to place to send parcels via MyHermes and it is always really easy, fast and reliable. They are always really patient with me despite me always having 10+ parcels and needing to make a label. The guys here go above and beyond to help you out and always greet me with lovely customer service skills. It really makes a difference. All the other newsagents I’ve been to in Wanstead don’t provide this personal experience and their Hermes machines are always out of use! ???? to summarise, it’s a lovely little newsagent, the owners are super attentive and friendly. The shop is always fully stocked with a variety of different items on sale and it’s always a pleasant experience coming here!
