I would highly recommend Smith Garage. He is brilliant and solves all the issues with my old 20 year old Nissan micra. Very honest and reliable. You can trust him and he does his best for all of his customers.
Took my car to fix a light issue and now my indicators, brake lights or anything in general doesn’t work. cars undriveable! nice one
I was recommended this garage by a friend due to previous mechanics ripping me off, each time I have been, the friendliness and customer service has been above and beyond. Kyle the mechanic was extremely helpful and I know from past experience of other mechanics and gragaes I have used he did not over charge and I felt I could trust them. I will use this garage for all future mechanical needs.
I always use this garage for any repairs, MOT etc, Kyle is always happy to help and gets the job done as soon has he can! Never had any issues at Smiths garage and I would highly recommend using them! Me and my partner wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I’ve been using Smiths for the last couple of years for both cars in my household and on every occasion they have been friendly, reasonably priced, have completed the work to an excellent standard and been super accommodating with me about drop off and collection times. I appreciate honest tradespeople who provide a quality service and these guys are a great example of this.
Stay clear of this garage ABOLSUTELY SHOCKING AND APPALING SERVICE!!! I was sold a part worn tyre which was near enough bold for £72 as a ‘brand new budget tyre’ I work hard for my money and I was scammed! And was told that the tyre was put on back very loose and would have been fatal if I carried on driving without having the issue checked out by a different garage who are much more trustworthy! I was also forced to wait almost an hour as they did not have any tyers in stock, I was only just told this after he took of my tyer so I was forced to wait as he said he has already started on it. Very untrustworthy garage I can not stress this enough please use another garage.
Absolutely brilliant service fit me in straight away and repaired to high standards. Also as a female I always feel uncomfortable with using mechanics, but they where very good prices and felt 100% comfortable highly recommended. Wouldn't go elsewhere.! 5 star service. Thanks again!
I have been using smiths since I got my own cars from 2006 and not company cars and I cant fault their service. I had used lots of different garages in the past with the company cars most main dealer and the number of times they couldn't diagnose a fault or I had to return due to something missed or not done or something going wrong due to poor work was a nightmare. Never had that problem with Smiths, Ian and Kyle cant do enough to get me back on the road as soon as they can. Even calling in and short notice for an MOT or service they have been able to accommodate me. My whole family use them for their cars also and they have also never had an issues.
They are good value and I never feel ripped off, and they even said that it would be cheaper to get a main dealer to do a job on one occasion.
Quality of work is very high and I am always confident when I drive away they have done a good job
They never do work that isn't needed but also advise when things do need to be done to prevent issues down the line.
They are just simply awesome
