Have not been back after I had a service done on my car last year and the guy left the cap off.
Our trip to an 3 hour away event was ruined. This resulted in a fault light come on, after opening the bonnet to discover oil absolutely everywhere had been pouring out. I had to leave my car at the side of the road, it was burning hot and steaming up my windscreen. Had little children with me we had to walk to the event and missed half of it. Had to buy cloths etc to soak up all the oil before heading home. This was an absolute nightmare.
After contacting him he agreed to remedy this. But I was really disappointed in the service of that. Hours after I dropped it in he said he hadn’t even looked at it yet, he said it would be ready at end of day, I wasn’t happy about this as I needed the car and this was such an inconvenience having to come back in, he then phones me 15 minutes later and says that my car is ready, sure ????
Well under a year and my engine oil light has been coming on. What a waste of £200 +
Called the garage when I heard an awful noise coming from my car. Dropped the car off and got a call within the hour advising me what was wrong and what the cost would be. An hour after that my car was ready. Extremely reasonably priced compared to similar work I’ve previously had done at another garage. The guys were all super friendly too.
To top things off I later realised they even replaced my dipped beam headlight bulb (which had been out for a while) and sorted my tyre pressure warning light which I could not figure out how to reset and had given up trying.

Highly recommended. Clear communication, effective, and forward with the problems and proposed solutions. I've been having coolant system issues with my Focus for ages now, Smith's managed to identify the exact issues and offer an effective solution. Really informative for people who aren't as familiar with car anatomy, such as myself. Thanks Smith's, will definitely be returning in the future.
I had a suspicion what part was causing a malfunction in my car. So I ordered a part, contacted this garage and they agreed to fit it (some garages only fit parts they supply themselves) Work was done quickly and competitively price.
My car had a throttle problem. They found it was an electrical fault and had it back on the road. Great service and excellent value.

Great garage and guys...broke down on A1 on Monday afternoon and phone the garage, they took my car in and by Tuesday 10am my car was ready to complete my journey across Europe
