On arrival we found our appointment (which had been made at the end of our last visit) had not actually been made - so no appointment. The receptionist checked with the orthodontist, and confirmed that we could still be seen if we could just take a seat. My daughter was called in approximately 5 minutes later.

Smiles is a lovely practice. I'm absolutely thrilled with with my teeth after having my braces removed today. Everyone in the practice is warm and friendly. Sona is a wonderful orthodontist and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process- always giving me her expert opinion but also valuing and respecting my choices too.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.
All 4 of my children have been treated by Luisa. She has been brilliant, one of my son's finished his treatment a couple of years ago the other one last year and my daughter had hers out yesterday, their teeth look amazing! My other son has still a while to go yet. It's been 5 years so far that I've been going to the practice and I would highly recommend them. Thank you to all the staff there.
Smiles have been absolutely amazing with my daughters treatment. A wonderful team, lovely receptionists and nothing was ever too much trouble. My daughter also felt incredibly at ease during her treatment. They are a great practice.
As a nervous patient I was really grateful for Sona’s patience. My teeth are nice and straight and am really pleased with the outcome.
The only thing additional that would be the cherry on top is if there was a Teracycle recycling box to deposit used Invisalign into so that they weren’t all going to landfill. That would elevate the practice to outstanding.
