I’m not sure where these people who have left one star reviews went but it’s clearly not the same Smile clinic I went to today. I needed an emergency appointment and after 10 mins of being held on the line I tried again and got straight through. Sam the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and sorted me an appointment for a few hours later. On arrival the girls at reception were all friendly and helpful, gave me hand sanitizer and checked my temperature. After completing my health check I went in to see the Dentist within 5 minutes. Despite thinking I would need a replacement filling or extraction they determined all was okay and I was provided with oral care advice which should resolve my issue. Again, I’m not sure where this “dirty reception “ is people have been talking about as it was spotless. Some of these reviews sound like sour grapes. I will go back personally.

They try their hardest not to talk to you,seriously bad manners!
I asked for a filling,she couldn't see the hole so her dental nurse pointed it out ,instead of saying i don't need one she covered 3 of my teeth with filler all along the side!!! 6mths down the line i'm writing on here to warn other because half my tooth has now fallen out.So annoyed
Absolutely waist of time! My mum has been going to this dentist and they NEVER DID ANYTHING, they just look at your mouth and sent you to the receptionist to make another appointment TO THEN do "something" 3 weeks waiting for appointment to arrived THEY CANCEL IT A DAY BEFORE.... several times this has happen... so people dont waist your time going to this place... it's just NOT worth it.
I needed a temporary filling on a broken tooth which after only an hour and a half started coming out, I rang and told them thinking they would put it right later in the day as the procedure took what seemed like less than a minute. The reply was that they couldn't get me back in as all the emergency appointments were booked up couldn't get me in for weeks. I was then advised to go to asda to buy some sort of dental kit. This complete waste of time cost me £20.60 and 2 hours pay. Later in the day most of the rest of it has come out , needless to say they won't be fixing the tooth permanently. Avoid at all costs !!!
Both my Wife and I are about 70 years of age, and can honestly say that since having treatment at the Boston Smile Center under Dr V Buricea, we have received the very best dental care in our entire lives. The staff are all very friendly, efficient and courteous. We would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone
Went in needing a tooth removal was refused by the dentist instead he put in a temporary filling I could pretty much buy from asda. With no pain relief either rude and pointless. I'd rather suffer tooth pain than go back avoid at all costs. 1 start is too high a rating for these cowboys
Excellent service from entering to leaving. Informed the dentist that I was a nervous patient and was treated with kindness and respect. Had a pain free extraction with no problems at all. Would highly recommend smoked
I cancelled an appointment with tooth booth asked for a refund of£150 8 wks later still waiting everytime I ring them I get a different excuse iav now been told it isn't down to them so basically might as well say goodbye to my refund absolutely disgusting
