Absolutely amazing treatment and overall experience, approachable friendly dentists who walk through all options and costinfa fully with you, walk you through every step of your treatment and make ya feel really comfortable, quick wait times, taking on NHS patients, I was able to book an appointment working 2 weeks, had barely a wait on arrival compared to other dentists have used, got to start treatment later that day and book in for next within another 2 weeks. Really professional, really honestly I'd give them more than a 5 * review given opportunity, can't praise the practice an staff more!
My own dentist had removed me as I hadn’t been in for a while. Well there was this thing called a global pandemic and then would not see me as an NHS patient only private. Found Smiles4u on line. The receptionist sold it to me she is amazing !! And they were taking on NHS ! Had appointment today and for a scared old lady the dentist made me feel really at ease. Now told all my family to swap. I will not be scared of a dentist agsin. Thank you

I went to have my tooth removed..the dentist took a scan and said he can removed it . He tried to extract it for more than 10mins but couldn't do it . He then said he would refer me to the hospital which has a waiting list. I had no pain when I went there but now the pain is too much.... Is this dentist competent , I don't know the answer . If not experienced why trying? He has made everything worse , just hope I don't get infection .

The receptionists are unprofessional I had an appointment a few days ago and I entered in surgery on time but the lady was talking to someone over the the phone and having really informal conversation (friend I guess ).when she finished in after 6_7 minutes I told her about my appointment she said you are late and I ended up booking another appointment. I work and study and can't manage making appointment over and over. I wish they could have more responsible receptionists. The appointment before I waited 55 minutes really poor service
Very disappointed, I was happy this place was so close to my house, but then the dentist turned out to be very dismissive. It felt like she just wanted to get rid of me, did a sloppy job (talking to the nurse throughout the while thing about VERY PERSONAL stuff), made me feel very uncomfortable. At times I had the impression she was not even looking at what she was doing. At the end I had many questions, but she literally gave me monosyllabic answers and RUSHED ME OUT THE DOOR. My fiance went after me and she RUINED SOME OF HIS GOOD TEETH, which started hurting afterwards, teeth that never hurt before. Terrible terrible terrible. If you must go here, try and avoid the lady dentist wearing the burka (I don't know her name and it's nothing to do with her religion, she is just a very poor dentist - stroke me as someone who was forced onto this career path...).
