I was referred to this establishment by my partner, who had a positive experience. Regrettably, my own experience was less favorable. Upon bringing my car to replace the tires I provided, I discovered scratches on my alloys. Despite their denial, I presented evidence to support my claim. Subsequent attempts to address the matter with the supposed "boss" proved futile, as he was consistently unavailable. My disappointment lies not in the occurrence of mistakes, but in the evasion of responsibility. I believe in resolving issues transparently and constructively, rather than evading them. I trust that you will refrain from treating others with disrespect and causing damage to their vehicles.
Went to investigate slow puncture and found tyre to be splitting, luckily the guy had a new tyre in stock at a very reasonable price. Fitted and balanced in no time at all. Very good and civil service.
You can really trust this company. I had a nail in my tyre which they repaired quickly for only £15! I asked them to check my tyres for an MOT that was coming up and expected them to try sell me tyres but they told me they should all pass. They are honest, friendly and efficient. They then went above and beyond when my car would not start. Leo took me over to the battery place opposite and helped me buy a battery after using testing equipment to show I needed one. He then fitted it for me. I cannot thank him enough - he really came to my rescue! A real gentleman, something you don't see very often these days. I won't be going anywhere else for tyres or car washing. Thank you!
Took my car to have a nail removed from rear near side tyre. Repaired within minutes for a really reasonable price. The two guys were friendly and professional which is always a worry when you are a single mum who isnot car savvy!! Would highly recommend. Thank-you so much.
