I have a Jaguar XF which had been in an accident of some sort before I purchased it. The repairs that had been done before i bought the car were not very good. I took the car to Smart Refine where Rob the owner was friendly and honest with his quote. His quote was the best I could find and he was able to book me in a week later. Himself and Jay his work colleague kept me up to date with daily pictures on the progress. The car was ready a day earlier than expected and the work they have done is amazing. The car looks new. I cant thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired.

I had a major repair done, a door replaced by Rob, and it looks as good as new. The blending of the paintwork is invisible, the parts refitted professionally - no rattles or need for after care to the vehicle. Overall service excellent, as was the pricing. Highly recommended, you will not find a better service around.
Rob and his team were excellent. The communication from the quotation, drop off, throughout the day and pick up was prompt and as you would expect from a top company. I had a bumper and front wing scuff, which was repaired to as new condition. I would highly recommend to anyone needing body repair work.
I recently took my car into SmartRefine to have some damage repaired to the rear door (scratch and dent). Rob was professional and easy to work with from the moment I made contact. Rob gave a reasonable quote to repair my BMW front bumper where I had removed the paint on a concrete post. I am local and dropped the car off it was ready 6 hrs later. I couldn’t get to him so he offered to drop the car to me. Absolutely fantastic service and the job was very impressive the bumper looks like new now perfect job great guy thanks.

He kept me updated with the progress of the restoration work with pictures and work was completed ontime.
When picking up the car following the repair work, the bumper looks brand new, as if it came off the factory floor. Would never had known it was damaged before going in.
