Tried Slim Chicken in Milton Keynes for the first time, and my kids were delighted! Even my picky eaters enjoyed the chicken tenders. Opted for the classic chicken burger – delicious, with tender and juicy chicken. Great sauce selection and loved the option of bottomless drinks while dining in.
Been here a few times and it’s pretty consistent. When they’re busy there can be a bit of a wait for food but it’s apparently cooked to order so is always fresh and hot. The chicken burger has much more flavour than the tenders which in my opinion are a little bit bland. Service is ok however staff could be a bit more attentive to customers rather than chatting amongst themselves. I’d recommend giving it a try. Oh and the gravy mayo, although it sounds weird it’s strangely good!
I visited Slim Chickens on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and there was a huge variety of sauces. This meant that there were countless combinations in which you could have your chicken dish! This was the same with the Coke Freestyle machine.
The venue was fairly clean and all of the fixtures looked new. The only criticism I have was the fact that the customer toilets are locked with a coded lock. I'm not sure why they needed to do this, as most of the venues nearby all have customer toilets.

If you want to taste salty chicken this could be the best place. Too salty and oily, thought only of wings but experienced the same for other items too..????
I’ve been to this place several times and the food is always nice & tasty. It’s a bit expensive for my liking, but the quality makes up for it. It doesn’t feel like junk food. There’s a lady there is called Maria and she is the most pleasant and lovely person I’ve come across in a long time. She has always been so very attentive and has a wonderful smile on her face! I do not normally do reviews, but I’m overwhelmed by how lovely Maria is and what excellent service I receive from her each time I go there. I hope her managers see this review! Please give her a wage increase as she really deserves it! ;)
This was a fantastic restaurant to eat in at, conveniently located at the front of Xscape and very clear from the main road! The images and slogans on the wall add to the atmosphere, plenty of kiosks are available and the drinks refillable machine comes in handy. I enjoyed 5 fresh chicken tenders with crunchy fries, going through different sauces and drinks sat comfortably at a clean table!
My burger was delicious, excellent fries and dips. My wife’s vegetarian burger was not nice - don’t these things get taste tested? Appreciate it’s a chicken place but still. Shame, means I can’t go back.
